Once you decide whose right for your team, we'll make the contact and coordinate the process to ensure your teammate has a smooth launch. You won't pay until that process is complete.

Our satisfaction guarantee 

When our clients are not satisfied, we are not satisfied! Therefore, we will provide a 30-day unconditional guarantee whereby should the Candidate be terminated for substandard work performance or voluntarily resign within the first 30 days of employment, a replacement candidate will be provided within 30 days of date of termination. Any monies paid toward the fee for the Candidate shall apply toward the fee for the replacement Candidate. If a suitable replacement Candidate is not provided, we shall issue a full refund.  If a Candidate is terminated for substandard work performance or other cause or voluntarily resigns within the first 31-180 days of employment, a replacement candidate will be provided and any monies paid toward the prior Candidate shall be applied as a prorated credit toward the replacement candidate. If a suitable replacement Candidate is not provided by within 30 days of termination, we shall issue a pro-rated refund. Guaranteed!
