Harriett Williams has worked in the HR field for over 17 years and for the last 12 years specifically in healthcare. She is an experienced, energetic and accomplished Human Resource Management Leader with experience in leading human resources functional areas such as talent acquisition and sourcing, employee relations, compliance, diversity and benefits administration. She has held positions as Director of Human Resources. Director of Employment, Sr. Manager of Employee Relations and Manager HR Shared Services – Licensure & Workforce Agreement Administration.

She is equipped with powerful and effective communication, coordination and collaboration skills. She is proficient in project management and has solid knowledge of labor laws. She is experienced at implementing appropriate business policies and procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance for the business. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has served as a volunteer Board member for Walker's Point Youth & Family Center and the Emerging Pearls Foundation, Inc. Harriett currently serves as a volunteer Advisory Board member for Umoja Christian Church and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
