Michelle Caldwell, Senior Consultant

Michelle is an inspiring facilitator that can leverage innovative strategies, leadership techniques, and incorporate best practices while tracking performance trends and analyzing performance data to determine root cause in performance & production gaps. She specializes in performance improvement, employee engagement, and accountability. Michelle possess a unique combination of analytical and leadership skills with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Michelle has worked in the Telecommunications Industry for over 19 years. She is a self-motivated leader with a track record of driving performance and organizational change in rapidly growing environments. Michelle was recognized with the prestigious Vice Presidential Award in 2002, 2004 & 2005 for her performance and expertise in leader development, performance management and organization engagement.

Michelle worked extensively with internal/external vendor management companies onshore and offshore with AT&T. Her clients include Advanced Call Center Technologies, Sutherland, Convergys, and Teletech located nationally as well in Canada, Philippines, and Jamaica. She led the Rejuvenation Performance Team partnering with below performing external vendor centers to improve their daily operational rhythms to establish and generate positive business performance.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing from Baker College.
