Sheila earned the B.A. in psychology with honors from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and the M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University.  She is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in working with diverse populations including vulnerable children and youth and their families.
